We’ve heard this story before. Somebody commits an act of terrorism, and when the story unfolds, information is soon revealed the perpetrator was known to authorities. In this case, the perp wasn’t just known to the FBI. He waltzed into an FBI office in Anchorage, Alaska and announced ISIS was forcing him to fight.
Here is the tweet from CBS:

The suspect showed up several months ago at the FBI office in Anchorage, law enforcement officials told CNN. He was interviewed and said he was hearing voices in his head, including some telling him to join ISIS. He was taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation, the officials said. He voluntarily checked himself in, the officials explained.
Sooner or later the FBI has to answer for this kind of malfeasance. Why was this guy still on the street?
