Erick Erickson, Former Editor in Chief of RedState

  • Who will win the election? Hillary Clinton
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 48% for Hillary, 42% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 322 for Clinton, 216 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? Pat Toomey winning re-election
  • Final thoughts? We’re screwed for another four years.

Caleb Howe, Managing Editor

  • Who will win the election? Vladimir Putin
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 47% for Hillary, 42% for Trump. And DOOOOM.
  • What is the electoral college tally? 297 for Clinton, 241 for Trump.
  • One election surprise to look for? Gov. Pat McCrory winning re-election.
  • Final thoughts? The biggest surprise is that the prediction is remotely difficult. Hillary had this walking away until she reminded people that she is Hillary Clinton and not just “not Trump.” What voters need to remember tomorrow, though, is that the most important races are down the ticket, and despite the failures of party leadership, there are good, hard-working, conservative Republican candidates across the country who deserve your vote. Don’t let them, and America, down.Or else, you know, DOOOOOOOOM!!!!

Jay Caruso, Assistant Managing Editor

  • Who will win the election? Hillary Clinton
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 47% for Hillary, 42% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 312 for Clinton, 226 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? GOP maintains control of the Senate.
  • Final thoughts? It’s depressing. Looking at what a horrid candidate, Hillary Clinton is, I can’t but help to think what could have been? The GOP could have won with almost any other candidate and yes, that includes Ted Cruz, who some people foolishly say is no different than Donald Trump. It was almost a gimme and the GOP, particularly Reince Priebus and people who voted for Trump in the primaries, blew it.

  • Final thoughts? Roy, a former contributing editor (under a different name) offers the following detailed observation:
  • There are several real losers in this election. One is America as a whole, which will be saddled with a president who was second-least popular candidate, and one of the least qualified people altogether, in the history of our Republic.Losers like Ace Of Spades are another, as their consciences are so disturbed by their Trump support that they direct every bit of vitriol they can muster at those who have made their own moral choice this election, in hopes that if just one more holdout compromises their own conscience and morality, it may give them some desperately needed (yet unattainable) absolution.

The biggest losers, though, are those Christians who accepted people as their leaders who have been revealed over the last year to be some of the most craven and power-hungry lechers that our society has to offer. When a serial adulterer demanded that America’s religious leaders (and Ralph Reed) kiss his ring, they raced each other to see who could plant the biggest, wettest kiss on it the fastest, demanding that their flocks support a non-Christian, socially liberal, pro-abortion, anti-family radical in the name of Christ, social conservatism, life, and the family. My hope is that America’s Christians wake up tomorrow with the scales that have been in their eyes lying on the pillow beside them, and begin what will be long and painful process of repentance and atonement in hopes of somehow, some day reclaiming the immortal souls they spent the better part of the last year selling.
