Missouri Democrats Name Their Annual Dinner After a KKK Member

The annual Democratic Party dinners across America have been named “Jefferson-Jackson” as the founders of what became the modern Democratic Party.

Republicans have always named their dinners “Lincoln Dinners” after the first Republican President.

Well, Democrats have a problem with political correctness now. Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence, and Andrew Jackson, hero of the Battle of New Orleans, both owned slaves.

So the Missouri Democrats, like the Connecticut Democratic Party, have decided they must do something. Their decision was to rename their annual dinner after a member of the Ku Klux Klan.

That is kind of the problem with the Democratic Party. Everywhere you look, someone has a white sheet. Woodrow Wilson, patron saint of progressivism, re-segregated the American military and was an unrepentant believer in white supremacy.

Franklin Roosevelt interned Commander Sulu and his parents.

About the only safe Democrats is John Kennedy as long as you don’t delve too deep there.

Oh, and worth pointing out that Missouri’s Klan member also is the only President to order nuclear strikes. Really fits in with the Democrats these days. LOL.
