I have written several times my thinking on the Vitter Amendment. Congress will find a way around it. Word now comes that Speaker Boehner, behind the scenes, was trying to find a way to make sure, on the sly, that Congress remains exempt.

I think it is important that Congress make sure we know we expect them to suffer through Obamacare with it. To that end, along with Human Events, you can sign this petition to make it clear you agree.
