On Tuesday, the DOJ turned over notes written by fired FBI agent Peter Strzok on January 4, 2017 to Gen. Michael Flynn’s legal team. Flynn’s lead attorney, Sidney Powell told Fox News that although she “could not share the contents of the documents due to the protective order, she confirmed that she received nearly two pages of hand-written notes, which were heavily redacted…The few notes produced today do further exonerate General Flynn.”

Late this morning, Twitter lawyer “Techno Fog” posted a copy of the notes (below). They reveal former President Obama, Sally Yates, James Comey, Susan Rice, and Joe Biden discussing the transcripts of Gen. Flynn’s phone calls with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak and how to proceed against him. Obama made it clear that “the right people” must be assigned to the case.

According to the notes, then-FBI Director James Comey said that Gen. Flynn’s phone calls with Kislyak “appear legit.”

The notes also show that it was Biden who brought up the Logan Act.

Pretty incriminating stuff.

The video in the tweet below shows Biden denying any part in the Flynn investigation in an interview with MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell in May. He says, “I was never a part or had any knowledge of any criminal investigation into Flynn while I was in office, period. Not one single time.”

In the meantime, it was reported this morning that the three-judge panel at the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals had directed U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan, the presiding judge in the Flynn case, to dismiss the prosecution. Sullivan has tried to keep the case open despite the DOJ’s motion for dismissal. My colleague, Bonchie, posted about this story here.

The three-judge panel voted 2-1 against Judge Sullivan.
