FILE – In this May 30, 2018, file photo Michael Avenatti, attorney for Stormy Daniels, talks to reporters as he leaves court in New York. Before he began representing porn actress Stormy Daniels in her legal fight against the president, Avenatti was virtually unknown outside a small legal community. But in less than six months, the sharp-witted litigator has skyrocketed to becoming a household name as one of President Donald Trump’s chief critics. (AP Photo/Seth Wenig, File)
Like Fox News’ Tucker Carlson who dubbed Michael Avenatti the ‘creepy porn lawyer,’ going so far as displaying the label in place of his name when Avenatti appeared on the show, Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NB) is no fan of Michael Avenatti.
Back in the days when Avenatti was a media darling and considering a run for the presidency, he sent a nasty text to Sasse.
Sasse = one man moron who knows nothing about the law or the SCOTUS.

Earlier today, it was reported that Avenatti had been found guilty on three counts of attempting to extort Nike of $25 million. My colleague Streiff posted on this story here.
Upon hearing the news, Sen. Sasse took the opportunity to respond to Avenatti with the following statement:
Michael Avenatti is a D-list attorney but a Grade-A scumbag. It’s hard to get airtime from the slammer, so Nike’s win is cable television’s loss. In the end, Michael Avenatti wasn’t a real attorney, he just played one on TV.

I couldn’t have said it better myself.
