Trump: Worst. Racist. Ever.

Donald J. Trump: Worst. Racist. Ever.

It seems as though there isn’t a day that goes by when some media luminary doesn’t refer to President Trump as either a “Nazi,” “racist,” “misogynist,” or some other pejorative calculated to rile up the Democrat base.

Here’s a novel idea: why don’t we review the record? Let’s start with Businessman Trump. As the Head Guy at Trump Inc, he has a very strong record of not only hiring minorities and women, but also bringing them into his family. Jared Kuschner, married to his daughter Ivanka, is a Jew. Having a son-in-law who is a Jew and a daughter who has also converted to the Jewish faith kind of undermines that “Nazi” trope.

As President, Trump has arguably done more for Blacks and other minorities than President Obama and other Democrats before him ever dreamed of. From that bastion of conservative thought and unabashed support for Trump, the Chicago Tribune,

So far under Trump, median family incomes have risen by more than $1,000, according‎ to Sentier Research and based on Census Bureau numbers. These numbers are not broken down by race, but it’s a pretty good bet that black incomes have risen with those of other races under Trump.

Further down,

The black unemployment rate has fallen by a full percentage point in the last year, black labor force participation is up and the number of black Americans with a job has risen by 600,000 from last year. Preliminary data show black wages and incomes are up since the election.

The rate of job growth per month for blacks under Trump has so far been 40 percent higher than the monthly average under ‎Obama. Trump has averaged nearly 30,000 new black jobs per month. That’s especially remarkable because Obama was elected when employment was way down.

These numbers also track with Hispanics and women, both now at historic levels under President Trump. The Trump Administration was also the first to take actual, substantive action against other countries who maltreat homosexuals, some of which actually hang them (Iran). From NBC, yet another “conservative thought publication,”

The Trump administration is launching a global campaign to end the criminalization of homosexuality in dozens of nations where it’s still illegal to be gay, U.S. officials tell NBC News, a bid aimed in part at denouncing Iran over its human rights record.

That’s a sliver of Trump’s record: now let’s have a look at the folks who continue to excoriate him. Recently the titular head of the Democrat Party and previous party nomineee for President, Hillary Clinton took the opportunity to slam The Trump Administration. She did so in remarks during the ceremony commemorating “Bloody Sunday,” March 7, 1965, where Democrat policies, directives resulting from open and notorious racism, led to the bloody beating of peaceful black protestors—protestors who were attempting to march from Selma to Montgomery merely to draw attention to continued Democrat efforts aimed at denying them their fundamental rights under the 13th and 14th Amendments.

“To anyone who has ever wondered what you would have done during those defining moments that we read about in history books — whether you would have risked arrest to demand votes for women or bled on the Edmund Pettus bridge to demand voting rights for all — the answer is what you are doing now could be as important as anything that anyone has done before,” she said.

Clinton, who did not directly mention President Donald Trump in her remarks, took aim at the administration of her formal rival, suggesting his White House espouses racist views.

“When racist and white supremacist views are lifted up in the media and the White House, when hard-fought-for civil rights are being stripped back, when the single most important fight of our time, which makes it possible to fight every other fight and must be, as Frederick Douglass would say, our North Star — the fight to protect our vote — is not gathering the momentum and the energy and the passion it deserves, we have a lot of work to do, don’t we?” she said.

This is the same vocal proponent for minority empowerment who said of Senator Robert Byrd,

Today our country has lost a true American original, my friend and mentor Robert Byrd.

Robert Byrd led by the power of his example, and he made all of us who had the honor of serving as his colleagues better public servants and better citizens. After more than five decades of service, he has left an indelible imprint on the Senate, on West Virginia, and on our nation. We will not see his like again.

Robert Byrd, former Exalted Cyclops in the KKK and ardent filibusterer against the 1964 Civil Rights Act, in his own words,

I shall never fight in the armed forces with a negro by my side … Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.
— Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS), 1944

So let’s recap. We have the Democrats, the party of slavery, Jim Crow, the KKK and lately, the Welfare Plantation, led by Hillary Clinton who admittedly reveres a noted Klansman/racist, talking about Trump’s racism. Got it.

Then comes Businessman and now President Donald J. Trump, who has done more for Blacks and other minorities than any of these pompous poltroons ever thought about.

If I were hiring racists, Donald J Trump’s resume wouldn’t even get him on the short list for an interview. Yeah, President Trump is a racist alright. Worst. Racist. Ever.
