When it Rains Trump Victims, it Pours

As Jay posted earlier tonight, it has (unsurprisingly) emerged that two women have now claimed that Donald Trump groped them.

But wait, there’s more!

Make that three.

From Cassandra Searles, Miss Washington 2013:

Alongside a Facebook photo of the Miss USA “class of 2013” posing in tight mini dresses, with a grinning Trump smack dab in the middle, Searles tagged her 43 fellow competitors, asking them, “Do y’all remember that one time we had to do our onstage introductions, but this one guy treated us like cattle and made us do it again because we didn’t look him in the eyes? Do you also remember when he then proceeded to have us lined up so he could get a closer look at his property?” She added, “Oh I forgot to mention that guy will be in the running to become the next President of the United States.” The law student added that she “loves the idea of having a misogynist as the President.” She hashtagged the post #‎HeWillProbablySueMe ‬‪#‎iHaveWorseStoriesSoComeAtMeBro‬ ‪#‎Drumpf‬.

That, in and of itself isn’t much more condemning than Trump’s repulsive comments about “grabbing them by the p***y”.  But Searles added in the Facebook comments:

But perhaps the most inflammatory accusation hurled at Trump is one from Searles, in which she insinuates he sexually assaulted her. “He probably doesn’t want me telling the story about that time he continually grabbed my ass and invited me to his hotel room,” she wrote in the comments section.

When I watched the debate Sunday night, I thought it was interesting that Anderson Cooper had to ask Trump not once, not twice, but three times if he actually engaged in the behavior from the “p***y grab” tape.  He finally said “no”, but it took some persistence by Cooper.  My guess is that he didn’t want to deny it.

Now…cue up the Trump apologists with “BUT BILL CLINTON!”   Yeah, no.  That doesn’t make it better.

I would not be surprised to hear more of these stories.

Note: I will wait until the stories are validated and verified to convict.  He DID deny this in the debate, despite the hesitation.   But remember:  this is just a continuation of the same kind of slimebag behavior that we’ve come to expect from the Republican nominee.  Whether or not he’s guilty of this particular episode, I remain…
