How do you know you are winning the war? When the other side has to change the words they use because their current brand has been exposed. As I recently discovered at Netroots Nation, pro-aborts are putting out the word that they are done with the term “pro-choice.” The public has been educated and understands that “pro-choice” is synonymous with abortion; and now the truth is spreading as to what an abortion actually entails. All this new light on the abortion industry is bad news for abortion mills like Planned Parenthood so, as Kristan Hawkins explains at LifeNews, they now prefer the term “women’s health.”

“Reproductive justice” was another term used at Netroots Nation and was utilized Sunday on Twitter as #reprojustice. Following the lead of their founder, Planned Parenthood specifically targeted women of color with #reprojustice in the hopes that they would lead in embracing the new terminology. Of course they can use any word they want, it still won’t change the fact that abortion murders innocent children.

Another telltale sign that the pro-abortion industry is losing is the open frustration of their supporters. Discovered by Jill Stanek, a recent article at Salon lamented that the pro-life movement is impressive, dedicated and savvy. Salon isn’t the only one to publish their complaints. Students for Life details that troop morale is low across the board. Much to abortion supporters’ disappointment, people just won’t stop trying to save babies.

Of course, many on the left won’t stop trying to kill babies. So while we celebrate the closing of yet another abortion facility in Texas, we must be aware that abortion extremists have created an “underground railroad” to help Planned Parenthood continue to meet their quotas. Instead of helping women to understand the lifesaving options available to them, pro-aborts are organizing to make sure women can travel to other states, with more lenient laws, to receive abortions.

Satanists are also lending a hand to the abortion industry, trying to claim a religious exemption for women seeking abortion. Inexplicably, they believe informing women of the dangers associated with abortion is a violation of their religious beliefs. According to The Blaze, “The organization said that this is the first in a series of new women’s health initiatives that the group will launch.” One has to wonder how the efforts of the Satanic Temple will work out for the new image the pro-choice lobby is trying to craft.

While abortion supporters will be partnering with Satanists, we’ll be getting a little help from Hollywood later this month. The Giver will be hitting the big screen August 15th and the pro-life message found within it is extraordinary. The story, set in a future utopian society, brilliantly and tastefully shows that no matter what word people choose to use (now or in the future) murder is still murder. It is definitely a film the pro-life community should support and for it’s bold declaration of truth, is the receiver of this week’s Branch for Life. If the 15th seems too far away, a special red carpet event will be showing the movie at 250 theaters on August 11th.
