It's hard to turn on the television or look at your social media without images of burning Teslas, people vandalizing Teslas, or even acting intimidatingly toward Tesla owners. It's some real non-player character (NPC) behavior, as it makes absolutely no sense to anyone to do these awful things but to the people doing the crimes.
The issue is, they see these crimes as virtuous and righteous. They believe that they're truly striking back at the heart of evil by becoming the worst people they can be to innocents they perceive as being complicit in this evil.
How does a person get so wrong?
If you've been around long enough, you'll know violence from the left isn't anything new. They may have manipulated the ignorance and inexperience of younger generations (as they always do) into believing they're the party of love and inclusivity, but this is far from the truth of things.
Violence and destruction are a necessary part of revolution, and the left is stuck in a perpetual state of it. It's a long march to Utopia, and if they have to burn, maim, and kill to get there, then they will.
"By any means necessary."
Recounting how this began would require books that have already been written, but suffice to say that it began with Marxists infecting our higher institutions of learning and convincing young men and women that the United States and its systems are truly evil and need to fall. These universities became breeding grounds for radicalism, but not every radical took to the streets to conduct violence.
Many of them put on suits and became media figures, union members, entertainers, and politicians.
This spread the infection far and wide, and soon you had Marxism seeping into the minds of everyone, both in and out of academia. The ability to effectively brainwash people became far easier, and before you knew it, you arrived at members of the populace ready to enact violence and destruction based on emotional manipulation.
They reframed that violence as "justice" through moral relativism, making it easy to be a massive hypocrite or commit crimes based on who they're being committed against. For instance, it's very easy to commit violence against people if you know they're Nazis, even if they aren't in reality. It's no accident that they keep calling their enemies Nazis, and it's absolutely not coincidence that Elon Musk's "Nazi salute" (which wasn't a Nazi salute at all) was hyper-focused on by the legacy media.
They knew exactly what they were doing when they kept wheeling that image of Musk around.
This man, for instance, forced a woman driving a Tesla to stop on the road in order to demand she sell her Tesla and that she was driving a "Nazi car."

Combine this with major media outlets effectively selling this as "funny" or "moral," and you have what amounts to a culture where utilizing violence to get your way politically is both normal and good.
As my colleague Nick Arama reported, you have programs like the Daily Show effectively elevating domestic terror to a fun, entertaining pastime.

It doesn't help at all that there are many cities and states where punishments for committing these crimes against people are applied selectively.
If this is going to stop, or at the very least, diminish, conservatives cannot be complacent. Trump making it clear that domestic terrorists will find themselves in prison for years is a great start.

But local officials need to buckle down as well. It needs to be made clear that there will be zero tolerance for this kind of thing.
Moreover, conservatives need to start a DOGE-type program that deals specifically with higher education. We've let it fester for too long, and the problems America has with radical leftism will not stop until these colleges and universities are dealt with. It's disgusting how evil these places have become, and we should not be feeding them federal dollars if they're going to keep churning out radicals that infect every aspect of our society.
The brainwashing has to stop, and once it does, things will become a lot more peaceful for everyone.
