Does the Biden-Harris Response to Helene Prove It's Insidious, Incompetent, or Both?

If you've been watching the response from the government to Hurricane Helene, there's something there that seems off about it.

One thing we can conclude is that it is entirely horrible. FEMA is a disaster because it's wildly under-prepared for these events, thanks to the fact that it blew its budget on supporting illegal aliens at the border. But more than that, the government is actively attempting to complicate or halt normal citizens from helping, and while there are several reasons for this, the main reason is they don't want the people showing up the government.

In fact, the response has been so bad that a question has popped into people's minds.

Is this actually incompetence... or is this on purpose? My colleague Streiff asked this very question when reporting the Biden-Haris admins response in sending troops to help that are vastly outnumbered by private citizens, including pilots and aircraft.

In fact, the response is so light it almost feels like Helene victims are being helped by a government saying "ugh... okay, if we have to" before trudging off to do the bare minimum like a child told to clean his room.

Kamala Harris showed up to the site for photo-ops, halting actual rescue efforts from private citizens so she could land, get her pictures, and leave. Here's the kicker. She didn't get there sooner because she was too busy going on a podcast called "Call Her Daddy," a very popular podcast with women.

According to Axios, Harris will talk about abortion as well as other women's issues.

This is while North Carolina was crying out for help.

This is a pattern from this administration. Recall that Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was too busy to visit East Palestine, Ohio, because he was taking some "personal time.

Who they do go out of their to help seems very interesting as well. You already know this administration has pulled out all the stops to help illegal immigrants find their way into the country, but recall that Harris herself also made efforts to help Black Lives Matter rioters get bail money by directing everyone to a fundraising effort on their behalf.

Harris has priorities, but you don't seem to be one of them. In fact, the same can be said for the entirety of the Biden-Harris administration, who move Heaven and Earth to roll out red carpets for certain groups while others, like rural Americans, are left wondering why they've been abandoned. I would say this is because they're mostly Republicans, but the Maui response, a heavily blue area, points to the idea that discrimination on the basis of how you vote isn't the point, leading to the idea that perhaps this truly is incompetence.

Or, perhaps, there's just a disdain for Americans in general.

Maybe it's one of those things, maybe it's both. The point is that we shouldn't have be wondering at the end of the day.

The bottom line is that we shouldn't have to be questioning whether it's incompetence or insidiousness in the first place. No matter how you swing it, this government has failed us in one of the most colossal ways possible. In a world where we had a media worth a damn, this would be the story it wouldn't shut up about as the Biden-Harris administration's failure is revealed nonstop, all the way down to FEMA's attempts at hampering private citizens from helping their fellow man.

But we don't live in that world, and so we have questions that go without answers. I have a feeling we won't get to the bottom of this failure, or these intentions, until these people are voted out of office, and it's my sincere prayer for this nation that in around a month's time, this is exactly what happens.
