Behold the Most Racist Movie Coming in 2024

One certain thing is that we definitely do not live in a post-racial America. While racism of every form exists in some capacity, racism against white people is pardonable, if not celebrated, by mainstream and corporate culture.

You can see proof of this everywhere. Corporate media is awash with jokes made against white people that, if made against black people, would cause an endless wave of complaints and cancelation attempts.

You're about to see this reinforced in 2024 to a great degree with the release of an upcoming movie in March called "The American Society of Magical Negros."

The trailer has dropped and, you should really watch it to view the depths Hollywood has sunk to in its pardoning of blatant, unapologetic racism.

It's possible that this trailer is incredibly misleading and the ultimate end will be a message about treating everyone equally regardless of skin color, but as you can see in the trailer, there is a ton of degrading talk about white people.

The entire premise of the film is that when white people are agitated or angry they become dangerous, especially to black people, and so this secret society is dedicated to keeping white people happy, or so it says in the synopsis:

The American Society of Magical Negroes is a fresh, satirical comedy about a young man, Aren, who is recruited into a secret society of magical Black people who dedicate their lives to a cause of utmost importance: making white people’s lives easier.

There's a line about the most "dangerous animal" being white people. You can even see a device that measures the happiness level of white people, labeled "white tears."

“White people feeling uncomfortable precedes a lot of bad stuff for us,” says a character played by David Alan Grier. “That’s why we fight white discomfort every day. Because the happier they are, the safer we are.”

Director Kobi Libii said in an interview with Black Entertainment Television (BET) that this film was inspired by helpful black characters in movies about white people. He revealed that he's writing from the perspective of “What it’s like to grow up as a Black person in this culture and some of the wild and fantastical things we have to do to survive. To me, that’s the origin story of the film.”

Libii said he's not concerned if audiences don't get what he's trying to convey.

But it's not that hard to get. Libii admittedly had the bones for a hilarious movie to be sure, but there's clearly so much spite injected into it against white people that the comedic aspect of it falls through and it just looks petty. It reeks of open racism against white people and while corporate and mainstream tastemakers might think that's pardonable, for every else, this is abhorrent.

The proof is already in the pudding. It would appear that the film is already facing some pretty harsh backlash. The trailer on YouTube is currently sitting at 4.6k likes to a whopping 62k likes, and the comments don't get much better. Some of them a hilariously mocking the film, but others are taking swipes at the obvious racism and ham-fisted messaging.

When the film comes out in March, I don't anticipate it will give theaters a lot of traffic, but I absolutely anticipate it will have a Rotten Tomatoes score of 100% since corporate media's critics never saw a "white people bad" movie they didn't like.

Ask yourself this. If the races had been reversed, what do you think those same critics would be saying about the film?
