Actor Matthew McConaughey has a lot of reasons to be upset after a mass shooter walked into a school in his hometown and killed 19 children. No one faults him for his belief that something must be done…but he’s not exactly headed in the right direction with his ideas.

While it’s clear that McConaughey has some of his thoughts in the right place, his solutions aren’t good and he seems to have some pages missing about his ideas on gun control laws. On today’s RSL, I want to dissect his speech, look at his past remarks, and get what is and isn’t realistic on the table.
