Yet, Democrats and the left will form literal battle lines in order to defend the institution that has taken the lives of millions of black people in the name of “choice,” one of the most misleading descriptions of a position in human history.

To give you an idea of just how much the abortion giant targets the black community, a 2016 study exposed the fact that more black babies are aborted than born. A government census found that 79 percent of Planned Parenthood locations are located within walking distance of Black or Hispanic communities.

The Radiance Foundation found that abortion is the number one killer of black people, eclipsing the top 15 causes of death in the black community, even when combined:

Isaac may have been quoting as archived here.) This translates into an estimated 247 unborn black lives killed per day by Planned Parenthood. (This was calculated by dividing 321,384 Planned Parenthood abortions in 2016 by total U.S. abortions–926,200–and arriving at the abortion giant’s share of annual abortions: 34.7%. That percentage was then multiplied by the number of induced abortion deaths per day in the black community–711–to arrive at an estimated 247 killed per day by abortion.)

Regardless of all of these facts, Democrats and leftists pull out all the stops in order to defend Planned Parenthood, including becoming violent with those who oppose it. The gleefully mock those who consider abortion murder and even brag about getting abortions.

Even in the midst of a pandemic, Planned Parenthood will demand it be treated as an essential service with all the medical equipment and personnel required to be one. They will go to court in order to keep the abortions flowing and medical supplies in stock when they could be used somewhere else more pressing.

For ideologues like the kind you find on the left, Planned Parenthood violates nearly every virtue they signal. It targets black people for death and kills them by the millions, it was founded on racist principles by a massively racist Margaret Sanger, and when people truly need help, it’s only concern is keep the cash flowing and staying in business.

For all intents and purposes, Planned Parenthood should have been eaten alive by the left long ago.

Yet they defend it as if their very lives depend on it, an ironic term to use here.

One thing is for certain. Democrats and Planned Parenthood are attached at the hip financially as the Daily Wire points out:

Data from OpenSecrets found that “political action entities, employees, and families of employees of Planned Parenthood and its affiliates devoted $33.9 million to outside spending mostly related to electing Democrats” from 2012 to 2016, with Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton being among the top recipients in Planned Parenthood money.

This is why leftist Democrats are so reluctant to cut funding to Planned Parenthood–the abortion giant gives them a large chunk of financial support, which is far more important to leftist Democrats than Planned Parenthood’s hideous, barbaric nature.

In the end, it’s all about money and power, a common theme among the hard left and Democrat leaders. It’s not about black lives and the health and well being of the black community, it’s about using the black community achieve ends.

New age, same old Democrat party.
