Bizarre Behavior, Violence, and Delusions: Social Justice Advocacy Looks a Lot Like a Mental Disorder

If you haven’t seen it by now, then watch Minneapolis City Council President Lisa Bender on CNN with Alysin Camerota essentially tell you that wishing to call the police while you’re being burgled is “privilege.”

“And I know — and myself, too, and I know that that comes from a place of privilege. Because for those of us for whom the system is working, I think we need to step back and imagine what it would feel like to already live in that reality where calling the police may mean more harm is done,” said Bender.

She wasn’t joking. She wasn’t exaggerating. She truly meant that if your home is broken into and you’re afraid for your life, then the desire to call the police is either classist, racist, or both.

This video has since gone viral and the only people who seem to be onboard with Bender’s thinking are her fellow social justice advocates. Most people are wondering what’s wrong with her to come to that kind of conclusion, and they’re right to wonder that. Calling on those whose literal job it is to protect our communities to come to protect you as being a point of socio-political “privilege” is lunacy.

But that’s social justice for you. The long list of beliefs that social justice advocates — better known as “social justice warriors” — is rife with illogical, unsustainable, and absolutely bizarre nonsense. What’s worse, not only are a lot of their beliefs completely divorced from reality, they’re outright dangerous to embrace.

Not calling the police when you’re in danger is just one example, but SJWs also seem to believe that no one but police should have guns. So not only should you not call the police (whom they hate anyway), they also don’t want you to have the best means to defend yourself because some criminals misused them at one point. They believe you should be punished for the actions of people who never met nor endorsed.

Let’s continue down the line of SJW beliefs that are dangerous.

Recently, they demonstrated that the violence of the mob is not only excusable, they consider it an avenue to rectify the problem of systemic violence, and obtaining peace. So if you were just beaten senseless, killed, or had your business or neighborhood destroyed, looted, and burned down, don’t worry, the SJWs were just peacefully destroying your life with the peaceful hammer of justice. Be grateful that you served that purpose.

We can even take it outside of crime and riots. Social justice can also be found telling men and women that there really isn’t a difference between them, that sex is interchangeable, that gender is a social construct, and that this concept should be taught to our children from a young age, if not encouraged.

This is dangerous, especially to teens, as the suicide rate of those who have gender dysphoria is staggeringly high. Yet, SJWs want you to embrace this lifestyle and shed your preconceived notions of established biology and science.

Social justice has also convinced our society that there is something wrong with being a man. Men, according to SJWs, are the cause of the bulk of society’s ills. This has been embraced by popular culture and as a result, has had a deleterious effect on men in general in regard to both his ability to succeed and his mental health. Suicides have skyrocketed among men to the point of being four times the rate of females.

Social justice warriors have to be very careful in they’re reading because nearly everything they read will point them to a reality that they have hitherto rejected. They craft a fantasy world where up is down, wet is dry, and violence is peace, then become “peaceful” whenever you try to bring reality into the equation.

I’m sure there is a system of events that drive people to reject reality, but I can’t be exactly sure where it starts. Perhaps, like many things, it’s gradual. You embrace a social justice concept here and there, and before you know it you’ve sunk into a fantasy world where your behavior borders on having a mental disorder.

You’re covering yourself in menstrual blood or even cooking with it because women are oppressed and need to embrace their inner goddess. You’re dressing up in your underwear or even going nude in public to protest rape culture. Your reaction to being confronted in public is to scream incoherently. You dress up in black, call yourself antifascist, and then hurt anyone who disagrees with you.

To my knowledge, there hasn’t been a scientific study done to see what effect social justice has on the brain, but I think it’s worth looking into.
