Fresh off his first victory against Donald Cerrone after a 15-month hiatus, MMA superstar with a pretty cool accent, Conor McGregor, didn’t hold back when he praised President Donald Trump on Monday, and you can bet the crowd was either 100 percent on board with it or is ready to hang McGregor high.
Trump tweeted about the third anniversary of his inauguration and noting that on MLK Day, it’s apropos that the black community was enjoying its lowest amount of unemployment ever.
“It was exactly three years ago today, January 20, 2017, that I was sworn into office. So appropriate that today is also MLK jr DAY. African-American Unemployment is the LOWEST in the history of our Country, by far. Also, best Poverty, Youth, and Employment numbers, ever. Great!” tweeted Trump.
McGregor responded to the tweet only heaping more praise onto the POTUS.
“Phenomenal President. Quite possibly the USA [GOAT]. Most certainly one of them anyway, as he sits atop the shoulders of many amazing giants that came before him. No easy feet. Early stages of term also. Incredible. Congrats and Happy Martin Luther King Jr. day America,” tweeted McGregor.

In truth, McGregor didn’t say anything that wasn’t true. In fact, Trump has as many record market closes as former President Barack Obama did, but Trump did it in half the time with less than four years on the clock and Obama doing it in a full eight.
Excuses were made that Obama had to fight his way out of a recession, but economic experts conclude that Obama’s approach actually made the economic recovery one of the slowest this nation has ever seen.
Given McGregor’s penchant for not backing down from anything or anyone, the mob may be wasting its time in trying to intimidate the MMA fighter. Not that it matters. It’s highly unlikely that anyone in the mob is the kind of person that watches MMA fights, and they only thing they can really do is threaten not to watch some more.
