Those damn conservative reporters and their journalism.

Sometimes, you can’t avoid the hard questions, but Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt) decided he was going to give it his best shot as he descended an escalator.

Henry Rodgers of the Daily Caller News Foundation attempted to find out whether or not Sanders believes Democratic Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax’s accuser about her sexual assault claim.

Vanessa Tyson, an associate professor of politics at Scripps College in California, accused Fairfax of sexual assault in a hotel room at the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Boston.

According to Democrat protocol, ALL WOMEN are to be believed when it comes to claims of sexual assault. It should have been a pretty simple question and answer session, but Sanders apparently found the questions a bit too difficult.

As Sanders descended the escalator, phone to his ear, Rodgers dropped the question of whether or not he believed Fairfax’s accuser.

“Ok, what time will you be done with the meeting?” Sanders said into the phone.

Rodgers continued to follow Sanders, who eventually became angry at the DCNF reporter for following beside him with his camera on.

“Excuse me!” Sanders yelled, taking the phone away from his ear.

However, when he did, it was clearly evident that Sanders wasn’t on the phone at all.

“You’re not even on the phone! You’re not on the phone!” Rodgers said.

Sanders, now caught, pointed awkwardly into the distance behind them and made to say something, but instead quickly walked away with Rodgers pressing Sanders on answering the question.
