That anyone takes CNN’s Jim Acosta seriously anymore is a wonder, which is exactly the point Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway tried to get across to the activist reporter during a Q&A on Tuesday.

Speaking to reporters about Trump’s Oval Office address, Conway was confronted by Acosta who rattled off a very Acosta question.

“Kellyanne, can you promise the president will tell the truth tonight? Will he tell the truth?” asked the CNN correspondent.

“Yes, Jim. Can you promise that you will? The whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God?”

“I’m not the one who has the alternative facts problem like you do,” replied Acosta.

Conway had enough of Acosta’s clownishness, and without wasting a moment, proceeded to remind Acosta about his standing with the rest of press corps, and why she’s the only person who really gives him the time of day anymore.

“This is why I am one of the only people around here who even gives you the time of day,” began Conway. “And let me get back in your face, because you’re such a smart**s most of the time, and I know you want this to go viral. A lot of these people don’t like you,” she said gesturing to the rest of the press corps.

“Don’t you put it back in my face for all the corrections your network needs to issue,” Conway continued after some choice words. “I was on your network 25 or 26 times in 2018. I’m one of the last people here who even bother to go on, and the disrespect that you show to me personally, I’ll just look past.”

Acosta began again, starting with “ma’am,” but was cut off by Conway immediatley.

“Don’t call me ma’am to make it up,” said Conway as she went to another reporter.
