"She's Guilty and She Knows It": Ivanka SLAMS Hillary Clinton After Media Wrongly Calls Her Hypocritical for Private Emails

One of the largest scandals to take place during the 2016 campaign was Hillary Clinton’s email scandals, possibly being one of the reasons she fell short of achieving the necessary votes to defeat now President Donald Trump.

The scandal revolved around Clinton’s home-based private server from which she stored classified information regarding state matters, and putting said classified information at great risk to anyone savvy enough to get into it and peruse its secrets, like say Russia.

However, information surfaced that pointed out that Ivanka Trump, daughter of President Donald Trump, used a personal email account to send hundreds of emails regarding government business. Naturally, the media jumped all over it by comparing Trump’s emails to Clinton’s, but Ivanka fired back and indicated that the difference between Clinton’s emails and hers is night and day, according to the Daily Caller:

In an exclusive interview with ABC News that aired Wednesday, Deborah Roberts asked Trump how she ended up in the same situation that led her father, President Donald Trump, to make the phrase “lock her up” popular.

“Well, there really is no equivalency. All of my emails that relate to any form of government work, which was mainly scheduling and logistics and managing the fact that I have a home life and a work life are all part of the public record,” Trump responded.

“They’re all stored on the White House system, so everything has been preserved. Everything has been archived,” she added. “There is just no equivalency between the two.”

As Trump goes on to explain, the difference between her emails and Clintons is that they were stored exactly where they were supposed to be:

“In my case, all of my emails are on the White House server. There’s no intent to circumvent and there were mass deletions after a subpoena was issued,” Trump said, contrasting her circumstances with Clinton’s.

“My emails have not been deleted, nor was there anything of substance, nothing confidential that was within them. So there’s no connection between the two things,” she added.

“Hillary Clinton is guilty. She knows it. The FBI knows it. The people know it.”

“… the fact is that we all have private emails and personal emails to coordinate with our family,” Trump said. “We all receive the content to those emails and there’s no prohibition from using private email as long as it’s archived and as long as there’s nothing in it that’s classified.”

The difference in transparency is stark, and as she herself has said, Trump has made no attempts at hiding any emails, unlike Clinton, and has followed the email guidelines to the letter. There is no comparison.

Most interesting, however, is the fact that the media is so ready to attack Trump for something they were doing their absolute best to defend Clinton for.
