Hypocrite Nancy Pelosi Invokes Sexist Tropes Against Men in Effort to Demean Trump and the Border Wall

“When all else fails, resort to identity politics” should be included in Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals.”

House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Crazytown) is all about open borders, and while she’s not trying very hard to convince anyone otherwise, she’s recently denied it.

During a discussion at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics, Pelosi dismissed the idea that a wall is going to protect our nation from illegal immigrants.

“We can’t allow him to say we’re not interested in protecting the border,” Pelosi said according to The Hill, adding that the wall is “probably the worst way to protect the border.”

Pelosi seems to either think Trump knows this or refuses to acknowledge it, and proceeded to utilize a machismo trope to denounce both Trump and the wall, calling it a “manhood issue,” and noting that she’s not interested in negotiating over the wall.

“It happens to be like a manhood issue for the president, building a wall, and I’m not interested in that,” said Pelosi.

While there are many solid reasons to not build the extensive border wall along the southern border, Pelosi doesn’t help her case at all by resorting to sexist accusations for reasons why Trump and many of his followers would want it.

If anyone on the right saw the consistent pattern from the left advocating for open borders and labeled the push for a “womanhood issue” then the left would lose their collective minds and begin an entire campaign around how sexist the right is toward women. Meanwhile, Pelosi can actually insult men, Trump, Trump supporters, and their agreement that a wall should be built by referencing their manhood — in whatever form she meant to express — and no one bats an eye.

This is pure hypocrisy, especially coming from Pelosi who starts screaming “sexism” whenever her leadership is questioned by anyone.
