Lindsey Graham: "I'm Going to Sanction the Hell out of Saudi Arabia"

Don’t mess with the Golden Graham, and definitely, don’t stab him in the back like Saudi Arabia did.

Earlier today on Fox and Friends, Sen. Lindsey Graham weighed in on the developing drama between the Trump administration and Saudi Arabia.

To put it lightly, Graham is not pleased by the disappearance of Washington Post contributor Jamal Khashoggi since early October and feels “personally offended” after Saudi Arabia allowed Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to take power, who Graham believes had Khashoggi murdered.

“This guy is a wrecking ball, he had this guy murdered in a consulate in Turkey, and to expect me to ignore it, I feel used and abused,” said Graham.

Graham spent some time telling the Fox News hosts that Saudi Arabia needs to rid themselves of “toxic” “MBS” if Graham is every going to do business with them again. When asked what President Donald Trump should do in this situation, Graham responded bluntly.

“It’s up to the President. I know what I’m going to do: I’m going to sanction the hell out of Saudi Arabia,” said Graham.

Just yesterday, the Saudi government admitted to killing Khashoggi during an interrogation that went wrong after previously denying that they had anything to do with his sudden disappearance.

According to Thomas LaDuke, the release of Pastor Andrew Brunson by the Turkish government was a way to drive a deeper wedge between the U.S. and the Saudi government.
