Sheila Jackson Lee Aide Arrested for Doxxing Republican Senators on Judiciary Committee

Democrats have made it very clear that their Republican colleagues should be confronted at every available opportunity, no matter when or where.

According to the Daily Caller, one of Sheila Jackson Lee’s aides seemed to take this to heart and posted the personal information and home addresses of Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch of Utah to Wikipedia on Sept 27 from the House of Representatives:

Jackson A. Cosko, 27, was charged with making public restricted personal information, witness tampering, threats in interstate communications, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, second-degree burglary and unlawful entry, according to a Capitol Police statement. Additional charges may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.

The Daily Caller notes that Cosko was recently an aide to Texas Senator Sheila Jackson Lee, and had previously worked for Democratic Sen. Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire and former California Sen. Barbara Boxer.

According to Politico, Jackson Lee’s Chief of Staff Glenn Rushing said Cosko has been fired and not answering many questions, stating that Jackson Lee’s office is “just cooperating with law enforcement right now.”

Cosko’s targets were all on the Senate Judiciary Committee, which was handling Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings.

Lindsey Graham himself noted that he had to change his number and that a bunch of people were banging on his door during the night.

These three Senators aren’t the only ones who have been doxxed. Kelley Paul, the wife of Senator Rand Paul, wrote in an open letter to Sen. Cory Booker via CNN that her husband had also been doxxed, and that they’ve had to beef up security around their home. Paul put the blame for these things on the likes of Booker and Rep. Maxine Waters, who urged Democrats to confront Republicans wherever they are, and encouraged mob tactics.
