House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) really laid it on thick during her eight-hour filibuster, which ended up accomplishing nothing except making it harder for Democrats outside of California to get reelected.

Believe me, her fellow Democrats are “furious” with her over her antics, and it’s not hard to understand why. Not only was the filibuster useless, it stripped the Dems of any leverage they had coming to the budgetary table when it comes to pushing DACA. But that’s not the only reason why.

Pelosi is so sequestered into her own illegal immigration bubble that she actually thanked illegal immigrants for breaking the law, and claimed that the U.S. owes these illegals a debt.

“I say to their parents: Thank you for bringing these Dreamers to America. We’re in your debt for the courage it took, for you to take the risk, physically, politically, in every way, to do so,” Pelosi said.

While this is pure insanity on Pelosi’s part, it’s not new for the House Minority Leader. Pelosi, a lawmaker, has a complete disregard for the laws that make up our government when it comes to illegal immigration, even going so far as to refer to illegal immigrants as her “constituency” last September. In fact, it was during that same speech that Pelosi took the same tone of thankfulness toward illegal immigrants that she took during the filibuster.

“These families did a great thing for our country bringing these kids here, who are working, who are in the military, who are in school, who are a brilliant part of our future,” said Pelosi.

To be plain, Pelosi is actively encouraging people to break the law, to come here illegally, and to benefit off the taxpayer.

Interestingly, this insanity was seemingly kicked into high gear after Pelosi’s run-in with pro-amnesty activists who swarmed her and cast her as a politician not doing enough for those illegal immigrants she professes to stand up for. It was a bad look for Pelosi, especially to her voter base, and it seems like she’s been going to extremes to shed herself of the image ever since. Even if it endangers her own party.
