Listen and believe? Not so much. Not if the person on the chopping block is one of the leftist’s most visible activists.
Recent claims surfaced that pro-Sharia “feminist,” and radical leftist Linda Sarsour body shamed and ruined the life of a woman who came to her with claims of sexual assault from a fellow male employee when she worked at the Arab American Association nine years ago.
“She oversaw an environment unsafe and abusive to women,” said Asmi Fathelbab, a woman who alleges a male staffer would harass and assault her continuously. “Women who put [Sarsour] on a pedestal for women’s rights and empowerment deserve to know how she really treats us.”
Sarsour has come back with the help of Buzzfeed (of course) to defend herself, pretty much saying that Fathelbab’s claims are all exaggerated or completely untrue.
“The exact words were, ‘He makes me feel uncomfortable,’” Sarsour said. “There was nothing about touching or groping. There’s no evidence, no email she can pull out where she ever gave those claims to us.”
As for the claims about body-shaming, Sarsour said, that “never, ever” happened.
“This is character assassination,” she said. “This is where we have to draw the line. I have two daughters. This is not the type of behavior I engage in.”
Sarsour paints a picture of professional caution and proper behavior at the Arab American Association during her time there and offers proof in the form of the alleged sexual assaulter in question, Majed Seif, saying he didn’t do what he did, and two others signing documents denouncing Fathelbab’s story.
Sarsour says this is just another attempt at a right-wing media hit on her reputation.
“Anti-Semitic, terrorist sympathizer, supporter of female genital mutilation — every week they come up with some new stuff about me,” Sarsour said.
Thing is, Sarsour absolutely is all of those things, as she’s left behind a visible trail of proof.
This is the same woman who likes to blame the “Jewish media” for the personal attacks she suffers. This is the same woman who likes to hold up notable anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan as a hero. He’s the same guy that claimed Hitler was a great man if you’ll recall.
Sarsour has a habit of rubbing elbows and being overly complimentary to men associated with anti-Semitic terrorism. For instance, her repeatedly public declarations of love and respect for Imam Omar Suleiman is troubling, seeing as how he witnessed the slaughter of over 1,000 Israelis and took to the internet to encourage more of it.
Sarsour also likes to throw the word “Zionist” — the Jewish belief in the reestablishment of the historic Israel — around as an insult.
Rest assured, despite Sarsour’s stage shows of standing against Antisemitism, she sure runs deep in anti-Semitic circles and seems to glorify in people associated with terrorists. She has yet to defend herself against any of this, except to point at the right wing and Jewish media for these smears.
And yes, she also supports female genital mutilation. Let’s not forget Sarsour’s tweet against Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a victim of female genital mutilation, whom Sarsour said deserved to have her vagina taken away.

If I had to choose between believing Sarsour or Fathelbab, I’m going to choose Fathelbab. While I don’t know her, I do know Sarsour’s character, connections, and stances. She is a habitual liar, and a horrible person, and Fathelbab’s description of her reactions line right up with Sarsour’s personality.
