Delusional and Insulting: Joe Biden Uses Final Foreign Policy Speech to Shamelessly Lie to Americans

Mercifully, President Joe Biden gave the last foreign policy speech of his single term on Monday, and it was as delusional and insulting as you'd expect. Instead of taking responsibility for his laundry list of failures, including the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, Biden painted a much rosier picture, proclaiming America's enemies have become "weaker" under his leadership.

Is that true? Of course, it's not true, but what do you expect from someone who displays sociopathic tendencies?

Since Biden took office, China has grown the size of its military and expanded its political influence across the globe, from the South China Sea to Africa and even South America. As to Russia, one could argue their military resources have been depleted fighting Ukraine, but they are still currently invading Europe with no peace deal in sight. The only major American adversary that is objectively weaker in 2025 is Iran, though one could argue they are still more powerful today than before Biden lifted the crushing Trump-era sanctions that had the Islamist nation nearing collapse.

Here's the kicker, though. Nothing Biden did led to any present-day weakening of Iran. The destruction of Iran's proxies in Syria, Lebanon, and Gaza happened because Israel ignored every red line the Biden administration set in terms of military action.

Vice President Kamala Harris infamously demanded that the Israelis not enter Rafah, claiming she had "studied the maps." The IDF's actions in the city not only ended up saving some of the hostages but were crucial in eliminating most of Hamas' command and control abilities. Israel's decision to defy the Whtie House and combat Hezbollah also left the Mullahs with fewer resources. In short, Iran's influence has waned despite Joe Biden, not because of him.

That was just the warm-up for the president, though. He then moved to the topic of Afghanistan, where he attempted to pat himself on the back for his policies there.

That's simply false. While terrorist groups in Afghanistan haven't struck within the United States (which was also true under the first Trump administration), they have struck other countries, including Pakistan. The Sharia state remains a terrorist safe haven, and it is just a matter of time before Al-Qaeda regains the ability to project terrorism at longer distances.

Regardless, I would hardly call a Taliban-led state where men "marry" and rape nine-year-olds while women can't appear in public without a male escort a success. The human cost of Biden's disastrous withdrawal is unfathomable, from those who died during it to the millions who have experienced brutal oppression in the aftermath.

Given this is Biden's last foreign policy speech, we can now assume he will never say the names of those he got killed during the withdrawal. In a term full of horrible failures, the deaths of those 13 service members still were the biggest blight, and the anger from the Gold Star families is still palpable. Biden has never shown any true remorse for his selfish decision to change the withdrawal plans, allowing the Taliban to build its forces, so he could give a big victory speech on the anniversary of September 11th.

In the face of all that, Biden chose to end his speech by ignoring the recent terrorist attack in New Orleans, instead proclaiming "climate change" to be the biggest threat.

There are far fewer deaths caused by natural disasters today than there were even a hundred years ago. The idea that "climate change" is the "single greatest existential threat to humanity" is simply a lie, and it becomes far more grotesque when you consider Biden is saying that to obfuscate his failures. Why take responsibility for anything when you can just blame the sky idol of "climate change" for every policy failure?

Biden has been arguably the most destructive president in modern history, with only President Jimmy Carter giving him any competition. He can try to give these triumphant speeches on his way out the door, but Americans know the truth. He is a petty, hopelessly stubborn failure of a leader, and he can't leave the White House soon enough.
