Hunter Biden Is in Yet More Legal Trouble, and It Could Spell Doom in His Criminal Case

You might need to sit down for this, but Hunter Biden is in yet more legal trouble.

According to a new report, the president's son is in the midst of a "messy" civil case regarding unpaid alimony to his ex-wife. Kathleen Buhle is suing Hunter Biden for nearly $3,000,000. The two divorced in 2017.

So why is this civil dispute important? We'll get to that, but first the details.

Zoom in: Court records obtained by Axios detail the dispute cited in the indictment charging Hunter with tax crimes.

  • On Jan. 29, 2021 — just after President Biden's inauguration and following a year-and-a-half of legal jousting — a D.C. court found Hunter was in breach of his divorce agreement and owed Buhle more than $1.7 million in spousal support, legal fees and interest since their 2017 divorce.
  • Buhle had filed her civil suit in June 2019 — about a week after news broke that Hunter had abruptly remarried and as Joe Biden was beginning his presidential campaign.

Who could have imagined the guy who skipped out on paying his taxes, only to have the DOJ look the other way, would also be a scumbag when it comes to honoring his commitments to his ex-wife? Hunter Biden is a parody of himself at this point. Every bit of news reveals an abusive low-life coddled by an enabling father.

But here's the kicker. This isn't just about money because Kathleen Buhle is set to testify against Hunter Biden in his first upcoming criminal trial. That begins on Monday.

Is Buhle ever going to see the money that Hunter Biden owes her? Almost certainly not, and you can bet she knows that. With that outcome on deck, you wouldn't think she'd be too keen on protecting her ex-husband from the consequences of his actions. That's bad news for the president's degenerate son.

Eventually, if you screw over enough people, it catches up with you, and Hunter Biden is learning that the hard way. It's not just Buhle, either. Hallie Biden, the sister-in-law Hunter Biden had an affair with, was just recently remarried, per reports, and she'll be testifying against him as well. Then there's Lunden Roberts, who is releasing a book that doesn't appear to be favorable to the president or his son.

The chickens are coming home to roost, and Hunter Biden better hope that his daddy can pull some strings. Because with the way things are going, a presidential pardon in the middle of an election might be his only hope.
