Andrew Cuomo Gives a Sociopathic Response After Investigation Confirms Sexual Harassment Allegations

Earlier this morning, New York AG Letitia James released the results of an investigation into New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Those results found that Cuomo had sexually harassed multiple women (including what sounds like sexual assault in the case of one woman) and created a hostile work environment that did not allow him to be rejected.

That led to an explosion of media coverage and obfuscation from previous entities and people who had previously worshiped the ground Cuomo walked on (I’m looking straight at CNN and Jennifer Rubin). The governor was once called the “gold standard” by none other than Joe Biden himself.

Now, Cuomo has responded.

There you have it. According to Cuomo, everyone is lying and he is innocent. He even managed to use a story about a family member being sexually assaulted to defend himself because this guy lacks any and all shame.

Worse, he also blamed his victims in a roundabout way because he’s a sociopath.

Lastly, Cuomo, as if to mimic parody, ended his response by trying to claim victory for his awful, nearly worst in the nation COVID performance, including the killing of many seniors with his nursing home policy. As I said, this guy has zero shame.

Unfortunately for the governor (and fortunately for the women involved), I suspect Cuomo not taking the easy way out and just resigning is going to only escalate things further. James wants his job and she’s not going to let this go after this foolhardy performance for the cameras. Further, the Democrat legislature in New York, which is full of people who can’t stand Cuomo, now has all the ammunition they need to impeach him.

RedState will have a lot more analysis and reaction to this story as things continue to unfold.
