President Trump left the hospital today in his typical style, emerging for the cameras after steadily improving over the last few days. It’s unlikely he’s negative for COVID at this point, but he seems to have legitimately beaten the worst of it.

Of course, even the mere act of him walking out of the front doors triggered the media, with some comparing it to the actions of an autocracy. You see, when it comes to Trump, all things must not only be bad, but evil. It’s clear to anyone paying attention that they wanted the President to suffer as some kind of sick punishment for not wearing his mask enough for their liking. Perhaps some didn’t want him to die, but they were certainly being ghoulish in their behavior and grew more and more hostile as it became clear his condition was improving (see As Trump Shows Improvement, the Media Become Even More Unhinged).

Given the doomsday predictions by the media since his diagnosis, the internet decided to have some fun at their expense after he had his triumphant trip back to the White House. So, with that said, I present to you some of the more hilarious memes that have been spawned in response.

Sometimes, it’s good to forget over-analyzing everything and just laugh. I’ve already seen a bit of scolding coming from some of those ostensibly on the right for laughing at this stuff, but I personally think that if you can’t lighten up and have a little fun once in a while, then what are you even doing? Life is too short to take so seriously.
