Bill Gates is none too happy with President Trump’s decision to defund the World Health Organization.
This despite recent reports showing that the WHO wasn’t just ignorantly subservient to China, but that they may have been actively helping in the cover-up of the spread of the Wuhan virus. Gates has been a long time funder and defender of the organization and is now voicing his displeasure with the United States attempting to hold them accountable.
Halting funding for the World Health Organization during a world health crisis is as dangerous as it sounds. Their work is slowing the spread of COVID-19 and if that work is stopped no other organization can replace them. The world needs @WHO now more than ever.

You know, if Gates really wanted to make the point that we need to keep funding the WHO right now, the first step would be to acknowledge their wrongdoing. Then he could at least make the case that we should attempt reforms while allowing their field offices to keep working. Instead, just like Nancy Pelosi, Gates ignores all that and pretends the WHO is just a hard-working, innocent victim. That’s not going to convince anyone who cares about their malfeasance to keep shoveling hundreds of millions of dollars into their coffers.
But good news. Sen. Ted Cruz has a solution for Mr. Gates and it’s something he can do without ever even feeling the hit.
So Bill Gates is unhappy that USA halted our funding for the WHO, after they parroted CCP propaganda & aided China’s Wuhan cover-up. Well, quick math: USA funds $400m/yr to WHO & Gates is worth $103bn…he could personally fund the US share for 257 years! https://t.co/UoqaoHfWYz

Sounds like a great idea to me. Gates can make up this year’s shortfall while the U.S. does their investigation. Even better, he can fund them and push for the firing of the current Director-General, who has done nothing but be a mouthpiece for China during this pandemic. If Gates truly cares about the organization and believes it’s important, he should have no problem keeping them going for several months and pushing for large scale reforms so the funding can eventually be restored, right?
But he won’t do that. Instead, like most left-wingers are currently doing, he’ll continue to pretend we are the bad guys here.
