This seems sane.
A video has surfaced showing Rep. Rashida Tlaib being forcibly removed from a Trump event in 2016. Tlaib is of course one of the four “squad” members led by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. They’ve made their short careers out of race baiting, antisemitism, and pushing rabidly liberal narratives.
That is Secret Service having to physically restrain Tlaib and pull her out the door. Secret Service agents are obviously not in the business of removing hecklers, which means she must of presented herself as a physical threat, likely by trying to rush the stage.
To be clear, Secret Service was having to escort @RashidaTlaib out of a @realDonaldTrump event. Because she was acting so crazy. These women of the socialist squad are driven by pure hatred. https://t.co/aBw5uJYFFp

In the video, she can be seen screaming and flailing about violently. She tries to hit the man who’s filming her a one point. What exactly she’s saying is hard to make out, but it’s obviously nothing wholesome.
This is a person who is now presented as the face of the Democrat party. She’s a vicious anti-Semite, has expressed support for Palestinian terrorists, and is associated with a laundry list of bad actors who have themselves supported terrorism. Is it really surprising to see her in the video acting the way she is? No. She and the rest of her cohorts express this kind of irrational hatred every single day.
You can imagine how the media would react if a Republican Congressperson were shown to have behaved this way. They would not be kind and it would be news. Tlaib is essentially untouchable because of all the inter-sectional boxes she checks though. At least this video does give us a window into who she was before her election and it’s not a pretty sight.
