Trump Reveals Real Reason He Dumped Jeffrey Epstein, Insists He Never Visited Notorious Island

The Jeffrey Epstein saga remains lurid and gross, even as Democrats and the media desperately try to tie President Trump to the late pedophile’s deeds.

The president, however, had booted Epstein from his Palm Beach Mar-a-Lago club long before the financier was accused of wrongdoing. While speaking to reporters during a meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer at the Trump Turnberry golf course in Turnberry, Scotland, on Monday, Trump also maintained that he never visited Epstein’s notorious island, Little Saint James.

Trump dumped Epstein not because of his lurid activities, as some have long theorized, but because he messed with Trump’s businesses:

For years, I wouldn't talk to Jeffrey Epstein. I wouldn't talk because he did something that was inappropriate. He hired help, and I said, "Don't ever do that again."

He stole people that work for me. I said, "Don't ever do that again." He did it again, and I threw him out of the place, Persona non grata, I threw him out, and that was it.

I'm glad I did, if you want to know the truth.

Trump added that he never visited Little St. James, joking that it was one of his “good moments.” He also reminded the press and the Democrats of certain other folks who reportedly made trips down there:

And by the way, I never went to the island, and Bill Clinton went there, supposedly, 28 times. I never went to the island, but Larry Summers... went there. He was the head of Harvard [from 2001 to 2006].

And many other people that are very big people, nobody ever talks about them. I never had the privilege of going to his island, and I did turn it down, but a lot of people in Palm Beach were invited to this island.

In one of my very good moments, I turned it down, I didn't want to go to this island.

The “Epstein Files” have been all over the headlines, as many pundits were not satisfied with the Department of Justice’s recent conclusion that there was no “client list” and that Epstein did in fact die by suicide despite the many rumors that he was murdered.

Conversations surrounding Epstein have remained in the national spotlight in recent weeks, with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche traveling to Florida last week for two days of meetings with convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell

Trump has not ruled out a potential pardon for [Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell], previously commenting that "It's something I'm allowed to do, but it's something I have not thought about."

They can try to associate Epstein's crimes with Trump all they want, but so far all they've come up with is a dubious "birthday letter." While they're obsessing over that, he's busy negotiating massive trade deals. Even by 2025 Democrat/media standards, that bunch is looking pretty lame right now.

The reality is that, if anything, Trump comes off looking good for realizing there was something off about Epstein and giving him the boot. That's more than Bill Gates can say.
