If you thought things couldn’t get more obscene with the case of Luigi Mangione, the accused cold-blooded killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, you’d be wrong.

We’ve seen up close and personal the moral decline of many Americans—mostly on the left—who have idolized the alleged murderer of a husband and father he’d never met. This is mostly because Mangione is supposedly handsome and is some sort of crusader for good because he killed a guy who worked in health insurance.

Really.

As our Becky Noble reported, his defense fund has raked in hundreds of thousands of dollars from what are mostly love-struck young ladies and middle-aged Chardonnay moms in the suburbs. It’s sick stuff, but it only gets worse.

Now his defense team has created a high-end website where the alleged assassin gets to express that he “is grateful” for all the letters of support he’s receiving. It feels like it's a Hollywood-style tribute, but it's for an accused killer.

I have not reviewed every page on the site, but nowhere do I see any mention of Brian Thompson or his family, nor is Mr. Thompson able to express his gratitude—because he’s dead.

It’s his first comment since the story exploded on the front pages across the world in December 2024, and he’s oh so glad to be receiving fawning letters from weird cat ladies:

Accused killer Luigi Mangione said he was “grateful” for his fans in his first public statement released two months after he was nabbed for allegedly gunning down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

The statement was featured on the homepage of a new website created by the murder suspect’s legal defense team to combat misinformation and offer updates on the multiple cases levied against him for the high-profile Dec. 4 assassination in the Big Apple.

“I am overwhelmed by – and grateful for – everyone who has written me to share their stories and express their support,” said Mangione, who is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

Incredibly, his legal team (how do they sleep at night?) tried to make his premeditated murder into a moment that brought together people of all races, genders and political persuasions. Who knew that killing would be the ultimate kumbaya moment?

“Powerfully, this support has transcended political, racial, and even class divisions, as mail has flooded MDC from across the country, and around the globe. While it is impossible for me to reply to most letters, please know that I read every one that I receive,” he continued.

That’s all the oxygen I want to give to this creep, so if you want more, go to his high-priced website to find out what “misinformation” the defense team alleges is being peddled. The only misinformation I see out there is that cold-blooded murder could possibly be justified because somebody doesn't like the healthcare system or because the alleged killer has good abs.

If justice is served, he will spend the rest of his life behind bars pondering those very abs, or he will be sent into the afterlife along with his alleged victim, Brian Thompson.
