Yet Another Illustration of Why It's Wrong: Trans V'Ball Player Knocks Down Opponent With Vicious Spike

As Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, Tim Walz, and the rest of the progressive extremists continue to argue that having biological men compete against females in sports because they “identify” as females is A-Ok, the number of examples proving that it’s simply unfair and just plain wrong continue to add up.

It’s one of those things that we don’t need to have long arguments about, or deep dives into the intricacies—anyone who is paying attention can see it’s corrupt. As Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart famously wrote in 1964 about pornography, "I know it when I see it."

And what we’re seeing all across the fruited plains is unethical. Case in point: Four schools this season have forfeited women’s volleyball matches against San Jose State, including Boise State, Southern Utah, Wyoming, and Utah State, because the team features a transgender player—otherwise known as a man. Are they bigoted? “Homophobic” or “transphobic” or whatever the latest word is drummed up by the left?

Watch this, and tell me this is normal:

Just another day in modern America's women’s sports:

A San Diego State women’s volleyball player was hit in the face during a match against San Jose State University on Thursday night in a play involving redshirt senior Blaire Fleming, a transgender athlete at the center of a recent controversy that has seen several schools forfeit matches against the team.

The incident took place during the second set with the Aztecs leading 22-12.

In a video shared on social media, Fleming spiked the ball, which then hit SDSU junior Keira Herron in the face.

Herron was knocked down after the hit, and the crowd audibly gasped.

This doesn’t look right, it doesn’t feel right—and it’s not right. As RedState’s Ward Clark and others here have repeatedly argued, men –whether they “identify” as women or not – have undeniable physical advantages over females, and that is simply a fact. As a proud girl-dad of three daughters, I can tell you that I would not allow them to be subject to physical abuse by a system that has been corrupted by progressive extremism.

This isn’t just a philosophical argument—there have been consequences, as former Kentucky swim star Riley Gaines and others have been tirelessly pointing out:

Biden-Harris-Walz and their ilk have pushed a radical transformation of Title IX to allow such nonsense. As I wrote in August, the octogenarian president has creepily decided that radical gender wars are his priority. “Biden has made it his mission to corrupt the original intent of Title IX, which was to protect women in sports and academia,” I argued, and although the courts are slapping down some of this malarkey, the scourge still persists.

We watch it, and we know it’s not right—we see with our own eyes that it’s wrong—and on the one hand, the Dems prattle on about women’s rights, but on the other, they are actively putting our daughters in danger. It’s a sickness, but that's what the modern Democrat has morphed into.

There are so many reasons to send them packing, but this issue is yet another one. Vote accordingly.
