Protests are breaking out in cities across America, including New York, Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas. Large anti-Israel demonstrations are also occurring around the world from London to Berlin, Paris to Ankara, Istanbul to San Francisco.
Protesters are demanding that Israel stop its military campaign in Gaza, which it launched in response to the horrific Hamas October 7 terror attacks that killed over 1,400 Israelis.
Saturday’s marches, organized in cities including New York, Nashville, Cincinnati, Las Vegas and San Francisco, extended a stretch of loud calls for a cease-fire and lifting of the siege, following vast demonstrations a week ago in Asian and European capitals.
The crowd has been growing all day in the nation's capital:

Paris is heating up too, with thousands expressing their displeasure with French President Emmanuel Macron:
Wow. Absolutely massive protest is taking place in Paris right now in support of Palestine.

Not to be outdone, demonstrators in London got in on the act:
In London, television footage showed large crowds holding sit-down protests blocking parts of the city centre, before marching to Trafalgar Square.
Protesters held "Freedom for Palestine" placards and chanted "ceasefire now" and "in our thousands, in our millions, we are all Palestinians".
So a man arrived at the Palestine protest in London carrying a “Hamas are terrorists” sign and was attacked for doing so.

If this protest was as “peaceful” as @GaryLineker keeps saying, then such signs would be welcomed and applauded.

Although it might appear from these protests that sentiment in America is predominantly anti-Israel as the war unfolds, polling shows otherwise:
Most Americans express support for Israel in its fight against Hamas, but as Israel escalates attacks on Gaza, U.S. support for Palestinian civilians has surged as well.
In a poll released by Quinnipiac University on Thursday, 84 percent of voters said that they were concerned that the United States would be drawn militarily into the Middle East conflict. Nonetheless, a 51 percent majority supported sending more military aid to Israel for their campaign against Hamas, and 71 percent supported humanitarian assistance for Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
