Fans of the show "Seinfeld" will remember the "Bizarro World" episode, where Elaine and a former boyfriend attempt to be friends, much like she and Jerry are. Her ex, Kevin, introduces her to his friends, Gene and Feldman. Kevin and his friends are the exact opposites of Jerry, George, and Kramer, and bizarro world ensues. Well, for the left, it may seem as if bizarro world is slowly creeping in on them at the worst possible time, an election year. For years, they have warned us about Donald Trump, how dangerous it is to have his itchy fingers anywhere near the nuclear buttons, and that Joe Biden was world unity and love personified. What a difference three years makes.

In 2020, Donald Trump began that new year by killing one of Iran's top generals, Qasem Soleimani. It was a move that spooked Democrats, who warned that it would lead to war with Iran. Democrats argued that taking out Soleimani only further inflamed the situation after Trump pulled out of the Obama-era Iran nuclear deal. Fast forward three years. Joe Biden continues to provide billions of taxpayer dollars to Ukraine in the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia, but a November Gallup poll showed that Americans may be getting a bit weary of footing the bill for the war. Then there is the war between Israel and Hamas. The United States pledges continued support for Israel, but the entire region is a powder keg, as Iranian-backed Houthi rebels are attacking ships in the Red Sea, and other Iranian-backed groups have been routinely attacking American troops in Iraq and Syria. On Sunday, three American soldiers were killed following a drone attack in Jordan. Joe Biden's response, or lack of it, could be key to what happens next in the region.

Fast forward the same three years. As Americans contrast and compare Donald Trump's record of a strong economy, low inflation, low unemployment, illegal immigration under control, and the U.S. feared and respected abroad, to Joe Biden's record, another interesting thing is happening. On Tuesday, Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) nominated Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. The reason? What Tenney described as the "historic" Abraham Accords treaty. In a statement, Tenney said,
"Donald Trump was instrumental in facilitating the first new peace agreements in the Middle East in almost 30 years. For decades, bureaucrats, foreign policy 'professionals', and international organizations insisted that additional Middle East peace agreements were impossible without a resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The valiant efforts by President Trump in creating the Abraham Accords were unprecedented and continue to go unrecognized by the Nobel Peace Prize Committee, underscoring the need for his nomination today. Wait! When Joe Biden became president, we were told that "the adults" were running things again. Gone were the days of Donald Trump sending out mean tweets and calling out those who needed it. It was Donald Trump who would catapult America into World War III. It was Joe Biden who would bring the world together for a chorus of Kum by yah. Not the other way around! The left is now actively trying to figure out when they entered bizarro world.
That sound you hear is the collective explosion of leftists' heads. It is a scenario their brains will not let them accept. The debate over what type of shenanigans may or may not have gone on during the 2020 election is free to continue. But one thing is for sure, 2020, in whatever form it came in, is coming back to bite the left in the butt. One of their heroes, Barack Obama said it best, "elections have consequences."
