If you’re in Oklahoma and intent on playing school sports, an affidavit is likely in your future.
As reported by NBC News, in March, Gov. Kevin Stitt signed a measure regulating team athletics. Per the law, students must participate based on sex rather than any announced orientation within the burgeoning arena of “gender identity.”
But how might schools ensure compliance? It’s hard to tell with young children, and some middle schoolers are taking hormone blockers and/or undergoing operations. In 2018, in fact, a medical journal addressed double mastectomies for children as young as 13. And a recent viral video claims girls as young as 12 are having their breasts removed.
Due to an increasingly altered populace, a necessary test arises.
Oklahoma public schools have started requiring students from kindergarten to college to complete “biological sex affidavits” if they want to compete in school sports…
On Wednesday, Twitter user Erin Matson — director of pro-choice Reproaction — posted a photo of Oklahoma’s Woodall Public Shools sex confirmation form.
Erin pegged the motive behind people pushing for sex-based sports. As it turns out, they’re white supremacists:
“Do you understand what is happening? This has nothing to do with encouraging girls to be athletes. This is totalitarianism. It is the white nationalist agenda.”
Other agendas involved:
“The anti-LGBTQ agenda. The anti-abortion agenda. It is all the same agenda.”
Per the picture, the Biological Sex Affidavit states thusly:
I, ________, the undersigned person, being of lawful age, being first duly sworn, on oath, state that I am the lawful parent or guardian of ________. I further acknowledge that ________ was the biological sex of the student at birth.
It’s an interesting way of putting it. On one hand, the document avoids the woke “assigned at birth” or the newer “guessed at birth as” phrasing. On the other hand, the promise employs “was,” suggesting someone can switch their biological sex.
If one may truly change his or her sex, why must he or she play according to the state of things at birth?
Do you understand what is happening?

NBC confirmed the affidavit’s authenticity via contact with Woodall Public Schools Superintendent Ginger Knight.
At the moment, 18 states have passed similar legislation.
Nearly all of those states designate sports teams by sex assigned at birth as determined by the student’s birth certificate issued at or near the time of their birth.
Even so, Oklahoma is the only one to require signed affirmation — which can be made official by students themselves if they’re at least 18.
It seems this law won’t clarify all going forward; select states allow “X” for sex on birth certificates. And surely some transgender sportsters and their parents will claim they are and were the “sex” with which they presently identify.
Doubtlessly, we’re on course for actual physical exams. Those were nearly already enshrined in Idaho.
From Today:
Under Idaho‘s law, which a judge blocked in August 2020, a student’s sex can be disputed. If that happens, the school can request that the student provide a form from their health care provider to “verify the student’s biological sex… as part of a routine sports physical examination relying only on one (1) or more of the following: the student’s reproductive anatomy, genetic makeup, or normal endogenously produced testosterone levels.”
In response to Erin’s tweet, social media users attacked the affidavit approach:
- With a notary requirement — this is not ONLY incredibly transphobic, but is going to have the impact of preventing lower socioeconomic status kids from participating.
- Requiring notarized affidavits attesting to the genital composition of individual elementary schoolers is a disgusting invasion of privacy and is predatory and discriminatory.
- Biological sex and gender are anything but black and white. The appearance of one’s genitals at birth is just one part of a much bigger picture, that most people don’t have the interest or money to investigate.
- Not only is it the same agenda, is the same abuse.
- A lot of people arguing that sex is easily determined at birth. … It just isn’t as simple, obvious or straightforward as you think, even genetically.
- They want [the] bad old days back again, where they could harm whoever they [wanted]. The only reason my mother stayed [with] a pedophile who was raping her sons was because there was no social support at the time.
- If I were a trans girl, I’d put down “female” and argue in court over the word “biological.” Are our thoughts and feelings not outputs of our biological functions?
That last post is probably on to something. Stay tuned for the lawsuits.
Meanwhile, all of this is where we necessarily end up…once we arrive here:
