The President is calling out thuggery.

You may have seen the footage from last weekend: At a restaurant in Pennsylvania, agitators took over the patio, drinking an elderly woman’s beer, smashing glasses onto the ground, making obscene gestures, and shouting and cussing at people who were trying to enjoy a meal outdoors (See Nick Arama’s coverage here).

Such has become the new normal in major cities, as Democratic leadership perplexingly sits on its hands.

I’m no expert, but to me, that’s the look of Joe Biden handily losing a presidential election.

Either way, as reported by WTAE, police are looking into the incident, along with one involving a man carrying his bike who was slapped in the head.

According to local officials, “The actions of a few protesters last weekend were unacceptable.”

From Public Safety Director Wendell Hissrich:

“What we saw this weekend was assault and battery. It was embarrassing. The vast majority of the protests in Pittsburgh have been peaceful, but this weekend was anything but peaceful.”

Police Chief Scott Schubert noted, “[T]he protesters’ message gets erased when you have certain organizers inciting violence, which is what a handful of them are doing. It creates a dangerous and volatile situation.”

And on Tuesday, the President chimed in:

“BLM Protesters horribly harass elderly Pittsburgh diners, scaring them with loud taunts while taking their food right off their plate. These Anarchists, not protesters, are Biden voters, but he has no control and nothing to say. Disgraceful. Never seen anything like it. Thugs! And because of weak and pathetic Democrat leadership, this thuggery is happening in other Democrat run cities and states. Must shut them down fast. Biden and his most Liberal in Senate running mate, Kamala, won’t even talk about it. They won’t utter the words, LAW & ORDER!”

I believe that’s a message resonating with many Americans.

If I may say so, I’m stunned by the actions of the media and the DNC. First, they condone/allow record-breaking destruction, violence, and theft in the streets. Then they nominate a man who is clearly suffering from debilitating medical issues.

And as November grows near, though a few statements have been made, their opposition to terror in major cities has been paltry.

It’s as if they really don’t want to win.

How can any of this help them? Despite a recently attempted narrative, people aren’t watching videos such as the one above and thinking, “This is all because of Donald Trump.”

And no one — be they conservative or liberal — wants to live in an America where that can happen.

In fact, an America where that can happen isn’t America.
