Politician Pelosi Recoils at Trump Accepting the Political Nomination From the White House - That'd be Politicizing It

On Wednesday, Nancy Pelosi — brace yourself — took a jab at Donald Trump.

Apparently, she’s invested in whether the President might officially accept the Republican nomination from his home — AKA the White House.

Earlier that day, Trump had indicated to Fox News he might not fly to Jacksonville, Florida’s convention August 24th, and instead give an address from D.C.

“It’s something we are thinking about.”

The Commander-in-Chief explained, “We’re picking a location fairly soon.”

Nancy made clear to MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell — she’s none too impressed.

Pelosi’s concerned about wrong and right, and degradation:

“It’s very wrong. … It’s, again, notion-mongering. Not serious thinking. And it won’t happen, let’s put it that way. Whether it’s legally wrong or ethically out of the question, it shouldn’t have even been something that was expressed.”

And here’s a concern — the California politician speaking about politics related to the Republican political party’s chief politician running for political office…fears the guy will politicize it:

“Again, when we’re in the Capitol of the United States under the dome, we have very limited opportunity to reference anything political… … [F]or the President of the United States to degrade, once again, the White House — as he has done over and over again by saying he is going to completely politicize it — is something that should be rejected right out of hand.”

I think there’s a word for everything she just said…oh, yeah — politics.

Andrea asked Nancy: Can she stop the Prez from giving his speech from the 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue?

She didn’t say; the politician only further politicized politics, which she’s clearly against. Politically:

“He can’t do that. You can’t do that. I mean, you would be very surprised I think of the facts of when you are at the White House you are talking about policy and the rest, you are not talking politics. We never did, you would have a limited reference to our civic life in terms of politics, but you don’t talk politics in the White House, and you don’t talk politics under the dome of the Capitol, except perhaps a reference to it, but not an event. You don’t have political events in the Capitol. You don’t have political events in the White House.”

You have to remember — the lady’s politics-free:

Nancy said all this White-House-speech talk is nothing but a distraction by the Leader of the Free World:

“Once again, he is diverting attention from the fact that people are dying in our country, that children are hungry, families are fearing eviction, workers are concerned about getting money into their pockets, the state and local governments are suffering from the virus and the rest, and we are talking about whether he can have a political event at the White House. He can’t. But — again — it’s interesting, it’s curious, it’s a diversion, and he is a master of diversion.

Apparently, she wants to keep us all on track and not get thrown by any ridiculousness.

But the good news is that none of it matters — what’s there left to be concerned about, when we’re merely fumbling through the fallout of Armageddon:

So don’t fret over mere politics, my fellow Warriors of the Wasteland. The destruction of the world — according to Nancy Pelosi — already occurred.
