This week, the co-chair of Bernie Sanders’s campaign likened voting for Joe Biden to something I bet you’ve never done.

For a piece in The Atlantic titled “Don’t Count Trump Out,” Nina Turner’s quote was a DOOzy.

Apparently, she’s not big on Biden.

That’s a bit at odds with her former boss — as I covered just over a week ago, Bernie’s thrown his support behind the former vice president.

Mike Pence isn’t a fan — here’s why, from the horse’s mouth:

“The Biden-Sanders agenda would set America on the path of socialism and decline.”

Nina and Mike are on a bit of the same page there, but she’s got a crappier way of sayin’ it.

The Atlantic inquired: How did she feel about voting for JB?

For the Monday article, she answered as if it were SaTurdDay:

“It’s like saying to somebody, ‘You have a bowl of sh-t in front of you, and all you’ve got to do is eat half of it instead of the whole thing.’ It’s still sh-t.”

Clear.

As noted by The Daily Caller, it’s not the first time Nina’s squatted on Joe.

In a January op-ed for The State, she asserted the Democratic nominee had “repeatedly betrayed black voters.”

The guy’s been around a long time, and — as per Turner — he hasn’t been all that progressive:

“Biden didn’t just vote for bills designed to prevent black students from accessing white schools: In a series of personal letters he actively courted pro-segregation senators to support the legislation.”

I supposed that helps explain why the co-chair of Bernie Sanders’s campaign likens voting for Joe Biden to something I hope you’ve never done.

As for 2020 being a choice between half a bowl of crap or twice as much, Democrats confused by the last election could learn from that: I believe for some of the country, 2016 was a choice for the lesser of two evils — the worse being, perhaps, not a bowl full of it, but a Hil made of it.
