Valentine’s Day is upon us.
Are you planning something romantic for that special someones?
I’m talking about your boyfriend or girlfriend. And your boyfriend or girlfriend.
Gone are the days of that whole “pairing up” nonsense. As it turns out, Jack Tripper was right — Three’s Company.
And in honor of the new three-pronged approach to lovin’, HGTV program House Hunters is featuring its first-ever “throuple” in search of their dream home.
This particular combo consists of one man and two women; meet Brian, Lori, and Angelica.
As per the episode titled “Three’s Not a Crowd in Colorado Springs,” Big B always knew his wife was bisexual.
Therefore, he “evolved” to meet her tastes.
“I understood from day one, even when we were dating, that Lori was bisexual and interested in women and men, and so we evolved to point where we were comfortable having another woman in our lives.”
It’s an inspiration — for the sake of his one true love, he was willing to have two true loves.
He was devoted to Lori enough to hop in the sack with Angelica.
B and L married in 2002, by the way. As per Deadline, they’re “raising their two kids with Geli’s input.”
In honor of Cupid’s triangulating strike, the three love-next-lookers recently held a commitment ceremony in Aruba.
According to Angelica, now’s the time for a next big step:
“The past four years, I have been living in Lori and Brian’s house, so buying a house together as a throuple will signify our next big step as a family of five rather than all four of them plus me.”
Reaction to the Deadline piece ran the gamut:
“Good to know! Done with that show. I won’t support such things and I’m certain they really won’t notice.”
“This is why the terrorists hate us.”
“Either incredibly brave or incredibly stupid. Given the appeal of hgtv in the midwest and the south I’m betting the locals there will not be happy to have throuples shoved into their face on their hgtv. Just my guess.”
“Like Bob Grant used to say, “It’s sick out there and getting sicker”.
“I’m sure this guy doesn’t mind. But nothing’s new under the sun. This has been happening since the beginning of humanity, even to the godliest men in history….”
“And the pit awaits…….”
And Twitter — as you might expect — wasn’t without opinions:
At the end of the day this guy unknowingly married a lesbian and upon finding out made the most of it.

Oh come on! He just wants an excuse to cheat without "cheating". It's obvious which woman he'd rather be with. 🙄

The world is certainly changing.
But if Brian, Lori, and Geli really wanna get progressive, they’ve got some catching up to do. Here’s a brood of four guys, one girl, and a sister who identifies as a brother:
They make HGTV’s trio look like Little House on the Prairie.
