Give him room, folks — he’s shootin’ off flames again.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham let Iran know what’s what Tuesday in response to support of an attack on the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.

The assault was prompted in part by the U.S. military eliminating dozens of members of Iranian-backed terrorist organization Kataib Hezbollah, which had itself been attacking American forces.

Lindsey took to Twitter to praise the President and let everyone know — There will be no Benghazis:

“Very proud of President @realDonaldTrump acting decisively in the face of threats to our embassy in Baghdad. He has put the world on notice — there will be no Benghazis on his watch.”

And also:

“To our Iraqi allies: This is your moment to convince the American people the US-Iraq relationship is meaningful to you and worth protecting. Protect our American personnel. You will not regret it.”

But most striking was Lindsey’s blistering threat to the government of Iran:

“To the Iranian government: Be careful what you wish for — a country that depends on the ability to refine oil for its existence needs to be cautious.”

And Donald is no Barack:

“President Trump, unlike President Obama, will hold you accountable for threats against Americans and hit you where it hurts the most. Choose your battles wisely.”

Whoa.

In the later morning, Lindsey reiterated on Benghazi as he announced a successful meeting with Trump:

With regard to Benghazi — and as covered expertly by RedState’s streiff — some are having a field day with the comparison:

Not on Lindsey’s watch — or Trump’s. So reassured the fiery senator from the great state of South Carolina:

Beef it up, indeed.

From The Daily Wire:

U.S. military forces arrived at the embassy several hours after the attack happened on Tuesday and reportedly secured the area.

In the afternoon, the President let the country know that all was secure and along with what I’d like to wish to you tonight — Happy New Year:

“The U.S. Embassy in Iraq is, and has been for hours, SAFE! Many of our great Warfighters, together with the most lethal military equipment in the world, was immediately rushed to the site. Thank you to the President & Prime Minister of Iraq for their rapid response upon request. Iran will be held fully responsible for lives lost, or damage incurred, at any of our facilities. They will pay a very BIG PRICE! This is not a Warning, it is a Threat. Happy New Year!”

You heard him, folks.
