Whoa — in two tweets Wednesday, the President’s personal attorney indicated he’s considering suing House Democrats over their investigation into Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky:

“We are carefully considering our legal options to seek redress against Congress and individual members. For engaging in an organized effort that exceeded their limited powers, under the Constitution, and …for trampling on the constitutional rights of citizens by engaging in several illicit plans, carried out by illegal means, to remove the President of the US, on knowingly falsified charges allegations.”

…for trampling on the constitutional rights of citizens by engaging in several illicit plans, carried out by illegal means, to remove the President of the US, on knowingly falsified charges allegations.

Giuliani — who’s been subpoenaed by Congress in the probe — also broached the subject on Fox program The Ingraham Angle Tuesday. He explained to host Laura that a constitutional lawyer and civil rights attorney suggested he “bring a lawsuit on behalf of the President and several of the people in the administration.”

Plus:

“Maybe even myself as a lawyer against the members of Congress, individually for violating constitutional rights, violating civil rights. They’re doing extraordinary things.”

The former mayor of New York claimed Democrats are impeding his ability to work with leaders of other nations.

Rudy called the Dem frenzy “worse than McCarthy.”

But wait — there’s more.

On Monday night with Sean Hannity, Giuliana said there’s significant evidence the Obama White House ordered Democrats to go in cahoots with Ukraine in order to get dirt on then-candidate Trump:

“The reason why the President of the United States had an obligation to ask the president of Ukraine to follow up on these allegations because there is substantial — I don’t want to exaggerate it but pretty close to overwhelming evidence, including a finding by a Ukrainian court that Hillary Clinton and the Democrats cooperated with Ukrainians with the order coming directly from the White Hous …to dig up dirt on her political opponent, and they did.”

So it’s a Ukrainian extravaganza.

One person who surely isn’t enjoying the festivities: Joe Biden. The Dems’ obsession is cookin’ his goose.

Onward, therefore, Elizabeth Warren, to a 2020 stage upon which you’ll be crushed by a guy who takes no prisoners during debate.

And, despite the opposition party’s greatest dreams, that’s what’s going to happen — he’s gonna be taking no prisoners, not being a prisoner.

Once again, their focus on trying to defeat Trump rather than win an election with superior policies and a superior candidate will be their undoing.

And the beat goes on…and they’re gonna get beat.
