UK TV Show ‘Mums Make Porn’ Fights Toxic Masculinity By Mothers Making Porn & Showing Their Kids

Here’s a new one for ya.

In Britain, five mothers have gotten together to make a porno.

For their kids to watch.

It’s part of a great new show on channel 4 called Mums Make Porn.

As part of the program, the matriarchs had to view various porn for research purposes.

Upon seeing “rape-based content,” according to the Daily Mail, they were disgusted. One lady vomited.

In response to a particular bit of internet porn, one of the mamas quit.

The three-part series sees the women delve into the adult entertainment industry, eventually making a pornographic movie they’d be proud to show their children.

And they prove it.

Why would anyone do this? To right the wrongs of misrepresentative sex movies.

Alternate answer: I have absolutely no idea whatsoever.

Channel 4 executive Sarah Lazenby told the Mirror it’s a great idea:

“We’re proud to put parents in the director’s chair.”

40-year-old aforementioned-vomiter Sarah Louise explained:

“If that was the first time I’d seen anything about sex I’d be petrified. I just thought all of a sudden that I was going to throw up. We need to show kids that there’s something else than this horrible s*** we see on the internet. If my son treated a woman like that I would kick his a*** to kingdom come. Porn doesn’t represent normal women, the actors and actresses they use mislead kids. They need to realize it’s not normal.”

To be clear, the women didn’t star in the floozie flick. It was their job simply to oversee the project — they, in the words of the DM, “helped direct and produce it in a bid to create porn that is realistic and promotes positive attitudes towards sex.”

The ladies’ passion project was in part a revolt against toxic masculinity, as per mother Sarah:

“The Porn World is dominated primarily by men, so as a group of woman/mums we address our concerns, we provoke conversation into sex education and address topics such as consent, safe sex and equality.”

Sarah’s “extremely proud,” and she & the gals want you all to check out their small-screen serenade to suitable sex:

“We hope you keep an open mind and watch Wednesday 20th at 10.00pm, episode one, over 18s only.”

At the end of the program, viewers will get to see the moms show the porno to their kids.

Now I’m gonna vomit.

If British TV has a “TGIF” night, I don’t think I wanna know what that stands for.
