Obama Sides with Trump on 'Racist' Immigration Position

President Trump has constantly championed immigration — which is, by the way, a legal system. And if that legal system is to be followed, illegal acts contrary to it must be staved off.

However, Democrats in their war room have chosen to characterize Trump’s stance against illegal immigration — and, therefore, logically, any firm stance against illegal immigration — as racist (here, here, and here).

What, then, about Bill Clinton’s 1996 speech against the law-breaking epidemic?

“All Americans…are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country. The jobs they hold might be otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants. The public service they use impose burdens on our taxpayers. That’s why our administration has moved aggressively to secure our borders more, by hiring a record number of more border guards. By deporting twice as many criminal aliens as before. By cracking down on illegal hiring. By barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens.”

Perhaps more profoundly, what of left-wing icon Barack Obama’s 2011 tweet?

Well, here’s one better.

How about then-illinois Senator Obama’s statements during a 2005 news conference covered by C-SPAN?

Brace yourself for abhorrent racism, according to the modern-day Left:

“We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected, undocumented, unchecked, and circumventing the line of people who are waiting patiently, diligently, and lawfully to become immigrants in this country.”

The worst thing about politics, it may be said, is the moving goalpost of double standards. It happens on the Right, as well. But as for the issue of illegal immigration, the Left is wallowing in the mire of hypocrisy like a pig in mud-slinging (see more here).
