Giuliani hit Fox News Sunday runnin’.

He said he doesn’t think the Trump team is “at war” with turncoat attorney Michael Cohen. Even so, he did take the opportunity (again — see here) to call Cohen a man with no credibility.

“I should say I feel sorry for him. He’s destroyed himself as a witness.”

Giuliani explained that Cohen’s word is courtroom poison:

“I’d never prosecute a case on this guy’s testimony. He’s contradicted himself so many times.”

Last week, CNN played a secretly-recorded conversation between Cohen and pre-presidency Trump (featured here). Later, the ultra-left-wing network also laid this on everybody: Cohen asserts Trump knew of the 2016 Trump-team meet-up with a Russian attorney at Trump Tower in advance. Since then, the President and Rudy have been dogging the disgraced and in-trouble lawyer:

“…..I did NOT know of the meeting with my son, Don jr. Sounds to me like someone is trying to make up stories in order to get himself out of an unrelated jam (Taxi cabs maybe?). He even retained Bill and Crooked Hillary’s lawyer. Gee, I wonder if they helped him make the choice!”

Crooked Hillary!

On Sunday, Giuliani gave a solid “amen” to Trump’s tweet, pointing out that Cohen’s statements are in contradiction to multiple witnesses as well as previously-recorded claims by Cohen.

Rudy also relayed that Trump is “disappointed” Cohen secretly taped him.

However, Giulinai said the tapes prove Trump did nothing wrong.

“We’ve assured him, in a very strange way, this is a very good development for us.”

At the moment — and, it seems, for the foreseeable future — Cohen is a man with major problems. Purportedly, he’s being investigated for campaign finance violations and bank fraud by New York’s Southern District.

But turning on the Pres to save his own hide?
