Tonight is the North Carolina primary election. The big race to watch is the GOP Senate primary between Greg Brannon, Thom Tillis, and Mark Harris. Early results show Tillis with a large lead while Brannon and Harris split the rest of the pie.

Republicans and conservatives have been divided in this race, whether it was about liberal records or rookie mistakes and missteps. After tonight, we will either have a candidate in the Senate race or a run off election if Tillis fails to secure 40% of the vote.
