Watch: White House Holds First Press Briefing in Over Two Weeks (Livestream)

The administration hasn’t held a press briefing since July 2. In the meantime, EPA head Scott Pruitt has resigned, the president nominated Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court and met with Vladimir Putin.
