President Joe Biden is set to travel back to Washington, D.C., from New York. This weekend, it appears he'll actually be staying in D.C., as the White House Correspondents' Dinner is Saturday night.

No more oral arguments at the Supreme Court — Thursday's argument re: presidential immunity capped it off. Now we sit and wait for that and the 40 or so other decisions they'll be handing down between now and the end of the term.

Former President Donald Trump will be back in court in Manhattan Friday for Day 8 of the criminal trial regarding alleged falsified business records. Former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker should be back on the stand for further cross-examination from Trump's lawyers. 

MORNING MUSING

I don't know about the rest of y'all, but I'm really leaning into the fact that it's Friday. It's been an exhausting week in more ways than one. And as I was looking over some of the recent news we've been covering, it occurred to me that one of the most exhausting things about life lately is the energy sucked up by this insistence by the progressive left that every single stinkin' day is Opposite Day: Down is up, good is bad, men are women, obesity is healthy, terrorists are the good guys...the list is endless. So over it.
