Biden Defines Low Energy in Campaign Meeting, Gets Confused About Candidates - They Don't Seem Impressed

This has not been the greatest day for Joe Biden.

He flew out to Wisconsin to campaign but he had issues just boarding the plane from Joint Base Andrews, as he wobbled when he got to the top of the steps and boarded the plane. Then he also garbled the title of the president of the AFL-CIO into something incomprehensible. He also made up some tall tales.

Then, he was off to another campaign meeting. But if you check it out, except for one woman who was nodding, even these folks who are having this private meeting with him didn't look very impressed.

Talk about the definition of "low energy" and slurring on top of it, as he's trying to impress upon them "democracy's at stake," and his grandpa would tell him to hush.

If that's supposed to be inspirational or charging up the troops, they need to try something else because that surely didn't look like it was doing it. Compare that to the enthusiastic cheers that former President Donald Trump is hearing everywhere he goes to campaign. The difference is stark.

Of course, part of the reason for that is because Biden has been so terrible occupying the Oval Office.

Everything costs more — hundreds of dollars more each month — and people can feel it hitting them in the wallet.

They know the difference between Biden and what it was like under former President Donald Trump when we didn't have all this wild inflation.

In addition to the low energy, Biden also made another embarrassing mistake. As he went around the room at the event he said, "With a little bit of luck and you all making sure that we change things here...You got some senators I'd like to see change, too."

But the only senator up this term is Sen. Tammy Baldwin who is a Democrat. So he wants her changed? Okay, I can go along with that. Good job, Joe. Does he even know what he's saying anymore? Frequently, it doesn't seem like it.

I wonder what they thought about that. You have to think that this kind of thing is demoralizing to supporters when they see how old and debilitated he is. And that's not exactly inspirational or motivating to get out there for him.
