Private sector is a different breed of cat, but right-to-work should be legislatively ensconsed throughout the nation. Being forced to join a union as a condition of employment is obscene, but being prohibited from unionizing in the private sector would be no less wrong.
It’s not a contradiction to differentiate between public and private-sector employment conditions: By definition, “public” employers are government bodies, not profit-motivated enterprises that might cut corners on safety or other considerations to bolster the bottom line.

In effect unionizing them? And also that it would be the end of volunteer fire depts? See, this all seems whacked even for the hard libs. No city could afford that. Case in point….. I don’t understand how an organization that claims to be for the patients and the nurses who care for them can support the kind of policies that they do, but I long ago learned that the Left and compassion were complete strangers.
